Technology, E-Commerce and Intellectual Property counsel:

• Drafting and negotiating international reseller/distribution, software license, maintenance and support and professional services agreements with telecommunications companies (including Tier 1), systems integrators, value-added resellers and other technologies companies (services, hardware and software)
• Advising large Canadian technology company on payments-related aspects for online storefront
• Managing extensive survey of e-commerce legal and regulatory requirements in relation to online storefront
• Drafting and negotiating multi-million dollar consulting contracts relating to the procurement and launch of communications satellite
• Drafting and negotiating complex land lease with major network operators, and similar agreements relating lease and services agreements for telemetry, tracking and control installations
• Drafting and negotiating telecommunications network services agreement (satellite and hybrid satellite/DSL) with telecommunications and oil and gas companies
• Prosecuting trade-mark applications (including for official marks) to registration.  Acting for clients before the Trade-marks Opposition Board
